Queensland's Western Corridor Recycled Water Network
Australia's largest water recycling scheme

Lucas, in alliance with Transfield Services and McCalls' has been appointed by the Queensland government as the preferred construction partners for the eastern part of Queensland's Western Corridor Recycled Water Network, between Luggage Point and Bundamba. McConnell Dowell and Abigroup have been awarded the western part of the project.

The network is a $435 million project to deliver recycled water to Tarong and Swanbank power stations, other industry and agricultural users. This will release more than 200 million litres of potable water per day for South East Queensland.
