NATA accreditation for pipeline testing

Lucas holds accreditation number 1533 with the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) for pipeline testing as follows:

This facility complies with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005

Capabilties include:
  • Low pressure oil and gas pipelines - Strength, leak and combined pressure tests up to 1050 kPa on pipelines to AS 2885.5 and similar specifications
  • High pressure oil and gas pipelines - Strength, leak and combined pressure tests up to 70 MPa on pipelines to AS 2885.5 and similar specifications
  • Hydrostatic pressure tests - Tests to AS 4041 and B 31.3 up to 60 MPa. Tests to AS 1210 and AS 4037 up to 60 MPa
  • Pneumatic pressure tests - Tests to AS 4041 and B 31.3 up to 60 MPa. Tests to AS 1210 and AS 4037 up to 60 MPa
  • Pulsating pressure tests - Pneumatic pressure tests to AS 1210 and AS 4037 up to 60 MPa
