James Milson Village in Kirribilli provides all levels of care and accommodation for the aged, from self-care apartments to hostel to full-care nursing home.

Lucas Stuart have been closely involved in the reconstruction and expansion of the village. This four year, $25 million project includes a new 10-storey self-care building with 54 apartments, extensions and refurbishment of the existing nursing home and hostel.

As a tight, occupied site in a residential area, we've overcome materials handling, access and safety issues.
