Hyundai Motor Company Australia's new headquarters in Sydney accommodates around 250 permanent staff as well as staff from Hyundai Steel, Hyundai Finance and Glovis Australia.

The complex comprises two office towers above a connecting ground floor and two levels of undergound car parking. As well as offices, there are extensive training facilities for staff and dealer personnel including a workshop, library, auditorium and classrooms.

Tower 1 has four floors of office space. Level 1 has a courtyard, gym and café. Tower 2 has a mezzanine level and three floors of office space. The common ground floor has a showroom and reception as well as the training facility.

The building is energy efficient, with an Australian Building Greenhouse Rating of 4.5 (out of 5). Solar heat loads are minimised with shades, solar glass and other features. On-site water catchment, storage and reticulation is also part of the project.

Lucas Stuart has a longstanding relationship with Hyundai, and its predecessor Cycle & Carriage Ltd.

Hyundai moved into the building in late October 2008.
